Large oil and gas manufacturer in Northwest Houston is seeking a shop combination pipe welder.
Must have experience w/ Shortarc and Flux Core on carbon steel and Heliarc on stainless steel.
Will be required to pass 6G fixed weld evaluations: 2" carbon steel w/ MIG root and Flux Core cap and 4" stainless steel w/ Heliarc all the way out.
Welds must pass x-ray quality criteria to be eligible for hire.
Position is a 2nd shift from 5pm to 3:30am averaging 55-65hrs/week. Monday through Saturday.
