WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?
Variety is the spice of life and variety is what you get in this shop. You will be working off of blueprints and drawings both internally and customer generated. The type of WELDER we are looking for takes ownership of each project from cradle to grave.
The WELDER we are looking for will work on stainless and carbon steel with thicknesses of 12 gauge to 1 1/2 plate. Some structural steel. Overhead and hoists will help move big jobs around the shop. All custom work at this shop. Jobs can take 2 - 6 weeks to turn around. 80% of the work is new builds vs. replacement/re-conditioning.

We are truly looking for an experienced welder as the diversity of this companys products will require a need for a well rounded WELDER, however, how will you know if you dont explore it?
If you have good employment history, have fitting skills, can perform layouts, good math and can read blueprints, then all you need additionally is MIG/TIG experience.
