Oil & Gas subcontractor has an immediate need for a Rig Welder for long term projects in refineries, pipeline projects, processing facilities and manufacturing facilities in Bakersfield, CA.
Rig Welder Requirements:
-Must own their own fully equipped rig.
-Must be able to pass a pipe fitting test similar to the NCCER pipe fitting test.
-Must have 2-5 years Oil & Gas welding experience.
-Must have strong pipe fitting experience.
-Must be able to read ISO's.
-Must be able to Tig, Mig and Stick weld.
-Must be able to pass weld test SMAW uphill 60/10 & 70/18 for consideration.
Rig Welder candidates must have strong welding experience, strong pipe fitting experience, experience in welding in refineries and process facilities and must have a good working attitude.
5/8's schedule Monday-Friday. Must be willing to work overtime if required.
No relocation or per diem offered of any kind for this position.
