that can 1) read the basic welding blue print and symbols
2) set up and trim a welding machine without assistance.
3) maintain your welding machine know the inns and outs of the gun,
and necs components.
4) work unsupervised
5) ability to work 6 days a week 10 hrs a day
6) stand up at the job if you need to sit while you weld see # (8)
7) If you like to day dream, talk to the guy next to you, take 6 bathroom trips througout the day see number #8
