Apr 21 2nd Shift Tig Welder Job Atterro Brooklyn Park, MN
A company that sells construction products has an opening for an entry level welder. This is a temp-to-hire position for someone that has experience working with both thick and thin aluminum. Previous TIG welding experience is required.
Job duties will include:
*Cross training on different positions to ensure maximum output
*Measure, square and assemble parts by welding parts together
*Grind metal to correct sizes
*Set up welding area for different production runs
*Keep work area clean and organized
*Work within all safety guidelines
*Perform frequent quality checks
*Welding parts according to sizes specified on the work orders
*Miscellaneous projects as assigned
