• Experience in MIG welding is a must
• TIG Welding is helpful but they usually can do both if they can MIG weld
• Must pass our Tape (Mesuring) Test, Welding Plate Test and Welding Tower Test
o They do have to bring the following to the test (which every welder should have)
 Steel Toe Shoes/Boots for safety purposes, face shield, and your tools (Chipping hammer, wire brush, combination square, tape measurer, soap stone, welding hood, welding gloves)
• Must be open to other duties as assigned
• Most importantly, must be able to perform the duties listed below

Below are some, but not all, the job responsibilities:

• Follow blueprints, specifications, diagrams, schematics, work instructions and verbal instructions to build mechanical components of autoclaves, ovens, and other equipment such as frames, tanks, heaters, cooling coils, valve trains, floors, silencers, and platforms.
• Prepare material for fabrication or integration into final equipment: Measure, cut, plasma cut, saw, grind, weld, various materials such as insulation, steel plate, steel pipe and angle, PVC pipe etc.
• Integrate material such as insulation, sheet metal, steel parts, various plumbing components, motors, pumps, fans, etc. into final product.
• Clean, paint, wrap, move, and load completed product to prepare for shipping.
• Use industrial machinery and tools to perform job duties including, but not limited to various types of saws, drills, shear, break, scissor lift, metal roller, drill press, plasma cutter, pipe threader and welding equipment such as MIG welder, Stick welder, TIG welder.
• Travel to various customers’ sites to perform installation and repair duties.
