Headway is currently seeking Welders/Structural Fabricators for a 7 month position in the Houston area. Nuclear experience not needed.

Experience in:

• Fabricate structures that are within tolerance of design. Weld steel structures in accordance with ASME Section IX and maintain welding equipment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of blue prints in the structural metal process.
• Knowledge of Welding procedures and control of thermal impact on metal structures.
• Knowledge of SMAW and GMAW welding process.
• Knowledge of Welding symbols and Blueprints.
• Pass a Carbon Steel 3G and 4G welding test


Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 years experience as a certified Welder.
• 4 years experience in Structural Fabrication
